Ai caramba! Jalapenos pickle zoals je ze kent, maar dan met een Mama Mojo twist. Ingemaakt in zoetzuur met specerijen, waaronder laurierblad en steranijs. De jalapeño is een middelgrote chilipeper, die verwant is aan de paprika en cayennepeper. De stylish weckpot zorgt ervoor dat de jalapeños lang houdbaar zijn, maar kan ook nog eens hergebruikt worden.

Combineren

Jalapeños geven pit aan elk warm gerecht, salade of sandwich. Wij voegen deze graag toe aan onze sandwiches met pulled pork of rendang voor nét dat beetje pit extra. Maar uiteraard kunnen deze groene ‘jongens’ niet ontbreken bij een heerlijk Mexicaans gerecht zoals enchilada’s of een tortillaschotel.

Gezondheid

Jalapeño pepers zitten boordevol vezels en vitamines, die als antioxidant werken in het lichaam. Ben je verkouden? Deze rakker helpt je er doorheen. Klein maar fijn dus!

Ai caramba! This is the jalapenos pickle as you know, but with a Mama Mojo twist. Pickled in sweet and sour with spices, such as bay leaf and star anis. The jalapeño is a medium sized chili, that is related to peppers and cayenne. The stylish preserving jar ensure the long shelf life, but is also reusable.

Combinations

Jalapeños give spice to each warm dish, salad or sandwich. We like to add the jalapeños to our Pulled pork sandwichor our rendang sandwich. Naturally, these green guys can’t be missed in Mexican dishes, such as enchiladas or tortillachips.

Health
