De ananas I.P.A. pickles is een hele bijzondere pickle die vooral zoete tonen heeft. De zoetzure inmaak is gecombineerd met één van de meest bekende I.P.A.’s van de Haarlemse Uiltje Brewing Company, nl. de ‘Bird of Prey’. De rozemarijn en steranijs geven een heerlijke kruidigheid aan het geheel. Lekker lang houdbaar vanwege het inmaken, maar deze pickle is zó lekker…die is binnen no-time op!  Geef de glazen pot een leuke herbestemming, of ga zelf aan de slag met inmaken!

Combineren

Deze Ananas I.P.A. pickle kun je op meerdere manieren eten. Denk aan een garnituur bij Aziatische gerechten, als vulling van Mexicaanse tortilla’s, op de borrelplank, of bijvoorbeeld als toevoeging van yoghurt met granola of kokosijs en een scheutje malibu…wat een pareltje. En schenk jezelf dan ook eens lekker een ‘Bird of Prey’ in.

Gezondheid

Ananas zit boordevol Vitamine C en helpt om vermoeidheid te verminderen en je opnieuw fit te voelen. Kun jij wel een frisse oppepper gebruiken? Deze pickle kun je met een gerust hart weg eten.

Product

This pineapple I.P.A. pickle is a very special one, with mainly sweet tones. It is combined with one of the most familiar I.P.A’s of the Haarlem Uiltje Brewing Company, namely ‘Bird of Prey’. The use of rosemary and star anise give the pickle the nice spiciness. It has a nice long shelf life because of the preserving jar, however, it probably won’t make it that long. Give the preserving jar a nice rezoning, or go pickle yourself!

Combinations

This pineapple I.P.A. pickle is useable in so many ways. Try it as additive to Asian dishes, as stuffing for Mexican food, on a cheeseplatter, or, get some yoghurt and granola and top it off with some pineapple pickles. A true surprise it is. And poor yourself a nice glass of ‘Bird of Prey’ as well.
